This is our most cost effective Employee of the Month Perpetual Plaque. In a few easy steps you can customize the plaque to fit your company's brand. The 9" x 12" Plaque Board comes in 3 different colors (Black Marble, Walnut & Oak) as well as 3 different plate color options (Black with Gold, Silver with Black & Gold with Black). This is the perfect employee of the month plaque with 12 individual engravable plates, one for each month of the year.
The individual plates come with notched corners and are screwed onto the plaque for easy removal. These are great plaques to hang in your office or business to recognize outstanding employees. If you have any questions about our products please contact us.

- Your plaque will be mailed out to you, with the header plate attached, and screws drilled for future plates.

- Each month, order a new plate using the promo code provided to you. Your order is saved, so the engraving will match perfectly on all plates.
